1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to LocalKaro for listings, promotions, advertisements, featured placements, and other digital services are non-refundable.
Once a listing has been approved, published, or activated on the LocalKaro platform, no refund, cancellation, or credit will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Listing Activation
By purchasing a listing plan, users acknowledge and agree that:
- Listing fees are non-refundable.
- Activated listings cannot be cancelled for a refund.
- Unused listing periods are not eligible for refunds.
- Removal of a listing by the owner does not qualify for a refund.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments caused by a technical or payment gateway error.
- Payment successfully completed but the purchased service was not delivered due to a verified technical issue on LocalKaro’s side.
In such cases, LocalKaro may issue a refund after verification.
4. No Refund Will Be Granted For
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Lack of inquiries, leads, or business results.
- Incorrect information submitted by the user.
- Account or listing suspension due to policy violations.
- Early removal of a listing by the user.
- Failure to use the purchased service.
5. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing any paid service on LocalKaro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
